Amy Potter is the newest member of the Prefix Broker team. She will be helping to expand Prefix Broker's presence in North America.

Amy has been working in the IPv4 address market since 2012. She has been instrumental in developing the IPv4 address market in North America and globally. Since the early days of the emerging IP address market, she has worked to develop and promote standards to ensure safe, legitimate, and efficient transactions. She is an expert in IP address transfer policies and procedures, having helped hundreds of organizations successfully plan and execute transfers in and between the ARIN, RIPE, and APNIC regions.

Amy earned a law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2011. She takes a particular interest in helping organizations establish chain of title in cases of complicated mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, and long-dormant IP address assets. She has also been influential in the development of policies in the ARIN region that allow organizations to acquire the IPv4 assets they need to run their businesses. Amy was first elected to the ARIN Advisory Council in 2015, and is currently servicing her second three-year term helping to facilitate the policy development process in North America.
